  Southeastern Cheyenne County in east central Colorado...

* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 741 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 miles southwest of Cheyenne Wells to 18 miles
  north of Brandon to 11 miles north of Chivington, moving east at 50
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* These severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southeastern Cheyenne County in east central Colorado.

This includes Highway 385 between mile markers 136 and 144.

* Until 1015 PM EDT.

* At 934 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Sunshine Skyway Bridge, moving north
  at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can quickly form and capsize boats, damage 
           vessels, and create suddenly higher waves. Make sure all 
           on board are in a secure location and wearing life 
           jackets. Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, 
           suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy 
           downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life
